In order to thoroughly implement the important arrangements of superior departments on production safety, solidly promote the special rectification work on production safety, tighten the main responsibilities of production safety, and effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of various safety accidents, this month the company focused on the theme of Safety Production Month and carried out a series of all-round, multi-level and regular activities on safety production publicity and education, hidden danger investigation, special rectification and other activities to comprehensively build a strong line of defense for safety production. The work progress of this month’s Safety Production Month is summarized as follows:
1. Strengthen organizational leadership and plan work carefully
In order to ensure that the Safety Production Month activities are carried out in an orderly and efficient manner, the company attaches great importance to it, convenes a special work deployment meeting for the Safety Production Month as soon as possible, and establishes a special working group with the general manager as the leader and the heads of each department as members. Based on the actual production and operation of the unit, the “Notice on Carrying out Safety Production Month Activities in 2026” was issued, clarifying the theme of the activity, work goals, key tasks, division of responsibilities and time nodes, detailing various work measures, and building a safety production work pattern of “main leaders personally grasping it, and all employees participating in joint implementation”, providing a solid organizational guarantee for the implementation of various work of Safety Production Month.

2. Deepen publicity and education and build a solid ideological defense line
This month focuses on the popularization of safety knowledge and the improvement of safety awareness, and takes multiple measures to carry out all-round publicity and education activities to create a strong atmosphere of “everyone pays attention to safety and knows how to respond to emergencies”.
The first is to carry out theme propaganda activities and organize all employees to hold a production safety month themed meeting to interpret production safety laws and regulations, industry safety standards and job safety operating procedures, and combine typical safety accident cases to deeply analyze the causes of accidents and summarize lessons, so that employees can deeply understand the importance of safety production and the dangers of illegal operations.
The second is to enrich publicity carriers, and regularly push safety knowledge, emergency skills, and risk warnings through electronic display screens in the factory area, hanging safety banners, and posting warning slogans, covering key areas such as office areas, production areas, and living areas.
The third is to carry out special training, and organize and carry out safety skills training for all employees based on key contents such as job safety risks, fire safety, electricity safety, and hidden danger identification.

3. Pay close attention to the investigation of hidden dangers and build a solid foundation for safety
Adhering to the concept of “hidden dangers are accidents, and accidents must be dealt with”, we carry out comprehensive and comprehensive safety hazard investigation and rectification work on a regular basis to completely eliminate safety blind spots and plug safety loopholes. The first is to carry out comprehensive self-examination and self-correction, and organize various departments to conduct one-by-one inspections of key parts and links such as production equipment, electrical lines, fire-fighting facilities, operation sites, storage areas, and emergency supplies, focusing on rectifying outstanding problems such as illegal operation of equipment, inadequate safety protection, expired fire-fighting equipment, aging lines, and chaotic on-site management.
The second is to carry out special inspections. The working group adopts irregular spot inspections, surprise inspections, on-site supervision and other methods to conduct special inspections on the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in each department to eliminate problems such as formal inspections and incomplete rectifications.
The third is to establish a hidden danger ledger. For various hidden dangers discovered during the investigation, the location of the hidden danger, description of the problem, risk level, person responsible for rectification, and time limit for rectification are recorded in detail. “List-based management and cancellation-type rectification” are implemented to ensure that one hidden danger is discovered, rectified, and cleared. This month, a total of 26 safety hazards of various types were investigated, and all were rectified, with a rectification rate of 100%, effectively avoiding various safety risks.
4. Carry out emergency drills and improve handling capabilities
In order to further improve the emergency response process, enhance employees’ emergency avoidance and self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities, and test the practicality and operability of the emergency plan, this month, targeted emergency drills will be carried out based on the actual situation of the unit. Through actual combat drills, the comprehensive capabilities of all personnel in rapid response, coordinated operations, and emergency response were effectively improved, and the unit’s emergency support system was improved.
5. Existing problems and deficiencies
Although certain results have been achieved during this safe production month, the safety awareness of all employees has been significantly improved, and safety hazards have been effectively rectified, there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in comparison with the high standards and strict requirements of safe production.
First, some employees still need to improve their safety awareness and have a fluke mentality. They occasionally have habitual illegal operations in daily operations and lack awareness of standardized operations.
Second, the hidden danger investigation is not detailed enough, and some hidden and subtle safety hazards are not discovered in time. The depth and breadth of hidden danger investigation still need to be expanded.
Third, the actual emergency response capabilities need to be strengthened. Some employees are not proficient in emergency procedures and emergency equipment operation, and the flexibility and professionalism of emergency response are insufficient.
Fourth, the normalized safety management mechanism is not perfect enough, and the continuity and pertinence of daily safety supervision and normalized education still need to be optimized.

6. Next work plan
In response to the problems and deficiencies discovered during this safety production month, combined with the overall deployment of the unit’s safety production work, the next step will be to continue to tighten the strings of safety production, pay close attention to all aspects of safety production work on a regular basis, and resolutely maintain the bottom line of safety production.
The first is to strengthen the normalization of ideological education. We will continue to carry out hierarchical and classified safety training and case warning education, enrich publicity forms, refine training content, and specifically address weak safety issues in positions, completely eliminate employees’ fluke mentality and illegal operations, and effectively integrate safety awareness into daily life and implement it in practice.
The second is to deepen and refine the investigation of hidden dangers. Establish a regular hidden danger investigation mechanism, refine the inspection standards, expand the inspection scope, focus on hidden and deep-seated safety risks, regularly carry out special inspections and cross-examinations, and improve the closed-loop mechanism of hidden danger inspection, rectification, review, and long-term management and control to prevent safety accidents from the source.
The third is to enhance the professionalism of emergency response. We will further optimize emergency plans, carry out diversified and practical emergency drills on a regular basis, improve the emergency response capabilities and emergency response capabilities of all employees, and ensure rapid response and scientific handling of emergencies.
The fourth is to improve the long-term management mechanism. Continue to consolidate the safety production responsibility system for all employees, improve the safety management system, operating procedures and assessment mechanisms, incorporate safety production work into daily performance assessments, carry out safety supervision and inspections on a regular basis, promote the standardization, standardization and normalization of safety production work, and make every effort to ensure that the unit’s safety production situation continues to be stable and positive.
The implementation of this safety production month activity has effectively consolidated the unit’s safety production foundation and improved the safety literacy and safety management level of all employees. In the future, we will take this safety production month as an opportunity to sum up experience, make up for shortcomings, implement various safety production tasks on a regular basis, resolutely prevent the occurrence of various safety accidents, and build a solid safety guarantee for the high-quality development of the unit.
